§ 302.307. Answers to applications.

Within fifteen
(15)days after the filing of an application for exemption, any person may file an answer in support of or in opposition to the grant of a requested exemption. Such answer shall set forth in detail the reasons why the exemption should be granted or denied. An answer shall include a statement of economic data or other matters the Department is requested to officially notice, and shall be accompanied by affidavits establishing any other facts relied upon.
